Stop by the Reeb Ave Center, Room 021, and pick up Free Formula (Liquid Soy Similac) AND Pedialyte for your child(ren) between 3PM and 5PM!
Mom must be WIC-eligible and MUST SHOW VALID ID, AND SIGN MOFB Form.
