At this workshop we learned about healthy pregnancy weight gain and healthy ways to lose weight after birth: drinking lots of water, eating a healthy meal/snack every 2-3 hours, exercising daily and making time for personal growth. This workshop was made possible by a mini-grant from the CJ Foundation, Mid-Ohio Food Bank, Columbus Diaper Coalition and our partner school Focus Learning Academy.
